Well I think there is a lot of good fics just as much as there are bad ones, the bad ones tend to be updated more often and that's the problem. They're also just as popular, as bad as they are. A lot of readers are open minded with fics, but me and Tri tend to nitpick since we're not open to stories being out of character or if they're written too mushy.

I can't count the amount of times I clicked in a popular fic and thought "this is so bad, why is it popular again?" And I'm not as picky as Flora and Tri, except ehrn it come to canon fics, I'm a little more open minded with AU fics unless it's totally ridiculous and deviates too much from the characters.

I'm picky with KC. I prefer canon fics so I haven't read much AU. And there have been popular/recommended ones that I didn't enjoy so that's why I think I'll just reread old ones if I'm in the mood.

I think I would be cool with AU fics, but I still want them close to the character traits. I can't handle reading a fic where the characters are so different from the version of them on the show. I mean there's a reason I like the character so if I were to read a fic about them I would want them similar to the version I fell in love with.

IKR?! I loved how they could go from intense and angsty to fluffy and back to intense and angsty again in a heartbeat. One of the reasons I love them so much, they do both so well.

Glad to not be dealing with school right now, but will get back into it in August . Now I just need to pack my stuff cause I'm moving in a little less than a month. I hate packing. I would rather write a term paper then pack .

The worst part is, I'm still continuing my second semester from last year, my school schedule got all messed up because of the strike and now it feels like 2014 won't. End! Are you taking a break from college? I hate packing too, but I guess I don't hate it as much as you since I rather pack than write a term paper.
