Community isn't a show to watch just for ships. It doesn't work like that. No one would be happy if they did. The show is about the Study Group as a whole. I think the ships that have come out of this show are wonderful and every ship has valid reasons, but I don't think any fan of a romantic pairing could be 100% happy with this show.

I definitely think JA would work on a different show.

Yes I agree with everything you're all saying. To be honest, I would be completely fine with Community ending and none of them ending up together. It should focus on the group as a whole, the way its always been. If anything, I'm more sad about the fact that Pierce and Troy wont be there than all else.

I'm just more than happy to have had what we've had so far with J/A. They've become an extremely popular pairing with what little canon we've got for them. The way that Alison and Joel can convey SO MUCH with just a look is quite astounding. They're always going to be endgame in my head anyway so I'm just hoping for a really good Community-esque finale at this point.

I was fully prepared for a group season no pairings at all. And now...last week happened. So i don't know what else may or may not happen.

Yay! Sounds like the rumors were right. I read some things on Tumblr that made me feel good about tonight's episode, and turned out it Jeff loving Annie is for sure canon.

I'm so grateful that they actually show that since Annie and Jeff have feeling for each other, but now they need to say it to each other!
