I’m glad that it seems the show is going to allow Bellamy to be mad and be hurt, but to go about it in a different way than the other characters.

I am kind of hoping that the fallout from Bellamy's attack on Clarke will be addressed in a conversation.

Including his "I don't need you anymore" line.

I hope so too, that’s a loaded line and it needs to be addressed. I want a Hakeldama type of scene but I don’t know if we will get one.

Don’t hold your breath for that. The show doesn’t do scenes that long anymore unless Kane or Diyoza or Octavia is involved in them.

The eclipse brought out some feelings that Bellamy was harboring but never would have wanted to address in such a cruel way. But now they’re out there, so . . . he can’t take them back.

I think there is a lot of truth in Bellamy saying he doesn’t need Clarke anymore. He’s become so much more confident with himself. He’s had that head/heart balance, for the most part. It’s actually probably a really healthy step for him to not have to rely on another person to define his self-worth. But even though he may not need her like he once did, he still wants her with him.

It was interesting how Clarke’s hatred was all turned inward at herself, and Bellamy’s was maniacal, like he was going to “save” people by killing them. Maybe a callback to season 3 when he thought that killing people would save others?

Just hope he makes it clear to her that though he may not need her anymore, he does still want her in his life. He's not cutting her out like that line could make someone think.

I think it’s been a reversal with Clarke now needing Bellamy much more so than she ever has before. Hence the radio calls all those years.

I think that they'll always need each each other moreso emotionally. Clarke has more or less acknowledged that, but I'd like Bellamy to ... as well.

Poor Clarke. She looked deathly afraid and I was like girl, me too! Bellamy was scary last night. All of their scenes were so intriguing. Even at the worst moments that they weren’t even friends in s1, it never got that volatile between them. It was rough. But if there is a god, let this lead to a real heart to heart without some person interrupting. They need a good honest no holds barred scene. If crying and angers are revealed, so be it but no more tiptoeing around each other. The one thing we’ve always had with Bellarke is complete transparency. I want that to continue.

Bellamy’s horrified look at Clarke after he realized what he’d done reminded me so much of how Kane looked at him in 3x16.

Also . . . I just have to share this funny. I showed a friend at work who has never seen the show a gif of Bellamy smiling at Clarke in 6x01. Didn’t tell her anything about the scene or who he was smiling at. And I said, “What do you see on his face here?” Her answer was, “Lust, obviously.” Then I mentioned that it was definitely a really flirty smile, and she goes, “Uh, no, it’s way beyond flirty. It’s lust, love the whole damn thing.”
