Oh dear, that would be so hard to choose.

I LOVED both the kiss in the rain at Central Perk and the kiss after they watched the prom video. And then there is the scene after Rachel has Emma. But if I had to choose one I think it would be the scene when Ross is listening to the message from Rachel and he freaks out saying "Did she get off the plane????" and then Rachel is in his doorway and says "I got off the plane" I literally was a few inches from my TV and screaming in delight!
