I hope Liz will eventually get to play another character like Juliet. And I don't mean that I want her to play a character who is like Juliet. I just want her to play a character who gets the same kind of quality writing. I am thinking of the season 3 quality in particular. That was as close to perfection as you can get. :love:

I hope so too, it would be awesome. Juliet is my fave character ever :love: I don't think I'll ever love a TV character as much as I love Juliet. I hope she gets to play another character like that too :nod:

I thought the writing for June in L&O: SVU was great, but she was only a 1-episode guest star. She doesn't count. :goof: But yeah, I would really like to see her play a very well written and fleshed out character again. No matter the genre or medium. :)

I'm looking forward to another complex character with many layers showcased, too. Even when Lost was at its weakest, it had infused most of the characters with such a distinctive backstory and subtle personality traits that you still enjoyed following them. And Juliet was without a doubt the best female figure created in the story. Especially if Liz joins another series with a lot of action or a fantasy/sci-fi plot (like both Lost and V were), where not always the "grey" areas of the characters are properly flashed out, I keep my fingers crossed that she'll be lucky with the role and the writing team she gets.

I think unless Liz were to get a recurring role on Fringe, I would probably prefer for her to branch out of the sci-fi genre and do something different next time around. Unfortunately, the sci-fi genre has went way downhill over the last few years. With the exception of Fringe. there haven't been any decent sci-fi shows since BSG ended. And after starring in 2 sci-fi shows in a row, I think it would be a nice change of pace to see her in a completely different environment. I feel the same way about Laura, by the way. But if Liz were to take on a completely new sci-fi show again, I would be happy and support her in it too. :)
