I managed to fall back asleep around 6-ish and woke up now (11am)...so not too bad...

Considering how much I slept on Friday not bad but am still tired - though that's how I felt yesterday. Fought off a nap all day than of course couldn't sleep until 5am

Tuesday-Wednesday was out for doctor appointments today [Thursday] bloodwork for my latest family doctor

I had bloodwork but now see if doctor will want the fasting cause they did regular random testing cause had tea

Also handed off my appeal and everything associated to disability off to a firm that's no fee but if I win - I'll provide them what they spent on documentions etc etc
