I feel like the twins even being alive is a plot hole. The magical rule for the Gemini coven was that if the leader dies, they all die. Jo's babies should have been dead regardless of whatever spell they used to switch them into Caroline.

I stopped asking questions about this twins, nothing made sense about them beside how they were conceive
 I thought the same, they should be dead, Caroline or not   Sad short video to hurt myself all over again Seeing Jo's smile reminded me jhow it's all unfair, she deserved to live, to have her beautiful family and raise her daughters __________________

  I'm glad they included Jo in the finale, I'm glad she had the chance to see her girls and Alaric happy as a family, I bet she was so proud and happy for them, even though sad not to be there with them  Forever bitter they broke this family even before it started   __________________
