 Meg there is a list of Nicknames here, it doesn't go by episode, but it says they update it so it should have new ones. You just need to know what they are to find them probably  . Hopefully someone else can answer for you__________________

Yup, Michael has ad libbed some of the nicknames. Others have been made up by the writers.

Aw those pics are funny, I love behind the scenes stuff. I agree, the second one is very funny and imagine just how much we would grin in front of our TVs if it actually did show up on TV
