This this doesn't surprise me but I want to know if he is including time on the set or he just means away from the show

read in some interviews that they have long working hours while shooting, so
i think (and hope for both families) that he is including the time on the set.

so maybe he spends more time with the rest of the cast than he does with his wife too.

I would think they would be long hours they only have so much time to film each episode & a lot of work would go into them in such a short amount of time. I hope he was including that time too, but it is wonderful that they are such great friends. Not all shows have that with the cast

yeah, that's a great thing and very special.
and there are others actors who said that too. they love to come back to that set.
just saw an interview about it - and i think this guy know what he is talking about. he saw a lot of sets in his life.

It's good that the show has that kind of atmosphere that others want to come back.

The fact that they have guest stars who love to come back & even will comment on the show on things like Twitter even when they aren't on it or on it very much shows how wonderful it must be on the set. They are all family - cast, crew, guest stars, ect. - which I love
