After being shot he was still there for Kensi even if he was injured

Them chilling together at end of 2x20 hope it's not too much longer have to wait for them to be together

His bestie from being a kid related to Ray seeing things between these two Wikipedia

ETA end of 3x05 related to Kensi doing what she did to Deeks
