I can see it a reasonable explanation even if it sucks for what Kort has done or about to do he was dirty all this time and Eli had proof clearing the framed agent and it makes sense for his wanting to go after ZivaI also feel like Ziva is the only logical choice to be a mother to a Tony child aka MW ability to leave the show It is hurtful if the TPTB originally said they would keep the character alive had been 3 seasons she was alive off screen AND if no body found than in a sense it's still an honour for Cote to have ability to return if she wantedI honestly ignored the end of last thread discussion where this is just my POV from what I have seen where there really was no other woman other than Jeanne that Tony loved like he loved Ziva__________________

I don't think that there is another woman necessarily (maybe in the past, but not now), what gets me is that they could've written him out in a different way that didn't involve killing her. Especially after saying they wouldn't do that when they wrote her out. Going against what they'd originally said felt wrong to me & an injustice to her character. It was a bit like she was no longer important so now she could be killed off.
It also leads to other questions... Why did she keep the existence of this child from ALL of them? Why didn't she tell the father of her child that he had a kid (but I can sort of understand that one I guess)? Where any of them still in contact with her? If so good on her that she could hide it from them & none of them figured out something was off but I do question how that's possible. If not why weren't they still in contact with her. It had to be on them not her as if she was avoiding them then surely one of them would've gone & checked up on her. The whole thing didn't feel logical to me. Really both their exits seemed like apologies to the Tiva fans & trying to give them things they couldn't on the show since the actors left However in saying all of that I think Cote was in contact with at least Michael, if not producers, so may have actually known what they were doing with her character/their characters. So she could've been all for it __________________
