I kind of want to have Penny see him on a date too - but I don't think Leonard would be tacky enough to parade a new date in front of his ex-girlfriend at her job. And I almost think she would be more jealous to see him with a date at his apartment or catch a girl leaving in the morning.

Yep you two are right, that isn't a Leonard thing to do , I think I was thinking more along the lines of a woman maybe hitting on him at the bar in front of her.

That might be more of what could happen,

but I think they already played her feelings the morning after in the Plimptom episode
