I'd say it was okay. The least fun part of the episode for me was probably Sheldon and Amy's trip to Texas. I don't think I really laughed a single time. Leonard and Penny's cracked me up, but it was incredibly short. Howard and Bernadette's was sweet, even though I don't find the babies' voice funny at all. I hope they'll stop doing that at some point and finally show the baby on screen.

It kind of makes me less excited about a possible baby for Leonard and Penny if the producers are being this uptight about babies on the show. I mean could someone take that stick out of their butts?

Such a cute episode. My favourite part was definitely Sheldon screaming all those times. On the one hand, it would have been nice if they'd balanced all three stories a little more evenly, but I like how they made it reflect back on the characters in how Sheldon has to explain every detail of the story, and the others cut to the chase.

I agree, they should have balanced the 3 stories. The LP part was too short and the Shamy part was a little too long, but I liked Leonard and Penny's comments.
I don't think the baby's voice was supposed to be the fun part of Bernadette and Howard's plot, so it didn't bother me that it was less fun than in the previous episode.

Leonard and Penny's three minute flashback was really funny. Had to laugh very often.
The Shamy story didn't make me laugh at all.
Howard and Bernadette's plot was cute.
Overall a good episode IMO.

Pretty good episode. Loved the whole Howard and Bernie plot. Especially the crib scene. I like the whole story within story theme too. What can I say Im a loyal West Wing fan. That's what that show did best!

That was a fun episode!

I enjoyed Penny and Leonard being irritable with each other - there's potential for more fun with that side of their married dynamic.
I couldn't laugh at the bit when Bernadette was in bed crying - that was just sad, hearing her describe symptoms of postnatal depression. But when Howard started crying too that was hilarious. Then the scene where Howard finds her in the crib was beautiful.
Also laughed hard at the reactions when Leonard mentioned Amy's special juice.
I liked the Shamy storyline, particularly Sheldon and Amy talking honestly in the car.

I also loved the whole homage to National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Tree, squirrel, you know and since Johnny was in that movie.
