I am here much earlier tonight - yesterday I was so tired and grumpy I wasn't worth knowing. I had been doing ironing at my son's all afternoon as it is impossible to do it here with the cat jumping around, so I took all mine there too.

Today was very peaceful. I went to TaiChi this morning and had a quiet afternoon watching TV doing a bit of hovering and cleaning and nursing the cat. He was so well behaved today he was like a different animal. Hubby was away in London at a meeting all day so he is cat watching tonight. I can't hear any shouts so Buddy must still be behaving himself!

And I missed being here at the same time which seems to happen a lot lately, but that's okay as long as we are here when other members are on to keep the flow going.

I worked all day then had to come home, pick up my son and take him to work. By the time I got home it was close to 8:00pm.

Yesterday had my hair coloured and cut so was busy all morning. Picked up my son to get his hair cut too (A lot cheaper than the salon and much better) and he decided to stay all day and half the night so he could use our internet and watch YouTube on our TV. Buddy didn't quite know what to think about his older brother, especially when he sat in Buddy's area of the sofa!

Well Buddy thinks he rules the roost so gets very peeved when he is thwarted. He doesn't like it when we remove him from the crockery cupboards or the fridge after he has jumped in! Lots of biting and scratching going on. He has never forgiven David for picking him out of the fridge one day a couple of weeks ago! If anything is risky or dangerous Buddy wants to try it! If the right food doesn't get produced at the exact time he wants it ankles are bitten and scratched, so it is as well to try to anticipate his needs. And I thought bringing up a child was hard!

It's pretty windy out tonight. I'm glad I took this picture today because we have lose some leaves with all the wind.

This is a pic of our yard on one side of our house. I planted that Maple tree after the kids were born and it's really done well.

Can I bring Buddy to play in your garden? You are so lucky having so much space - in fact lucky living in a country with so much space available!

I do enjoy the space and I am lucky. I've never been a fan of living somewhere where your neighbours are right on top of you. That pic only shows a portion of one side lawn. We have the front and then the other side yard which is larger. The back of the house is all trees and we own the piece of property beside as well, so all together we have close to 3 acres around our house. We love it. Of course there is a downside to that and that is the maintenance

SKY is on Netflix here in Canada. I haven't decided if I want to watch it, but I think I have to just to say that I did.

Well that is what you keep a useful husband for - and I'm sure your son will help if he thinks it will make him beefy for the ladies! Mine (husband) isn't so useful - he can't even get a BBQ going. It doesn't really matter because we couldn't really have much of a one in our teeny back garden in the rain. We just have to think BBQ and the heavens open!

A few years ago when my son was still at school he spent some of the summer holidays at my folks house and we were going to have a BBQ when I was going up to stay. That day we had one of the worst storms we'd had for a long time! It had been gorgeous all week and the day I travelled up I followed the storm and there was branches and gravel on most of the roads. Luckily it had passed over by the time I got there but I could see the devastation all the way - about 100 miles or so.

Where do we put Diane stuff now? Is this the right thread?

Anyway, I thought her Instagram post today was weird - "Final Thought - a relationship without trust is like having a phone with no service. And what do you do with a phone with no service? You play games"

I can never work out if she is commenting on her own relationship(s) or it's just a general philosophy she finds to be true?! I hate philosophical posts because to me they just look like someone is trying to look clever! And when you don't know the point or object of them, they're...well...pointless!

Yeah Diane stuff can go here. I never understood her Instagram comments, whether they were about her or other people she knows, or just follows. It's almost like that last comment could have been about The Affair!

I think she does like to try to be enigmatic. I think it comes off more as try hard to me. I'd rather just have photos without the social commentary

I've seen other people call her posts at times passive aggressive and a lot of people have grown tired of it. That plus the endless selfies she posts on her IG as well as her facebook. Who knows what she means by them, because she obviously wants to leave it mysterious. I find it all cringeworthy and wish she would talk to people in private if she has issues with them. It's not a good look to air it in public.

Well now major blogs are now talking about it. Here is the Closer's take on it.

Diane Kruger Suggests Her Relationship With Joshua Jackson Was "Without Trust" After Their Split - Closer Weekly
Yeah I've just see US weekly has picked it up as soon story! She's may not have been referring to Josh bit if she is, I say it does seems passive aggressive. I'm of the mentally to either say outright what you mean or rise above it.
