I actually enjoyed majority of the BH cast so it's not like Shannen/Brenda was the only thing I tuned in for but she was definitely one of my faves and it was never the same after she left. But I mean, how do you remove the core family of a show and then expect it to be the same??

Agreed. I mean, Brandon was my fave, but it wasn't the same after Brenda left and it got really bad when the other Walshes left. It was like the heart of the show left, and the newer characters weren't as interesting. I completely stopped watching after Brandon/Kelly didn't get married. I was devestated. And probably a little fickle at that point, but I stuck with it 8 years!

Brandon was my fave too. I was very upset when Brenda left but I was devastated when Brandon left. When he and Kelly called off their wedding, I was livid. Especially with the ridiculous reasoning they gave for ending it, when it was so obvious that they never stopped loving each other

I know! The reasoning was so stupid. I just couldn't process the whole thing. Then they brought back Dylan and I was like UGH. Why did Jason and Shannen have to go?

I know. The whole thing was infuriating. They were so obviously looking just for any excuse to break them up whether it made sense or not still not over that..And of course they had to bring back Dylan for another round of D/K dysfunction don't get me wrong, I loved Dylan but he and Kelly were like poison for each other.

I adored Dylan. I even enjoyed Dylan/Toni more than Dylan/Kelly. D/K was so toxic to me, and Brelly just seemed way more genuine.

I shipped Dylan/Brenda above all other Dylan ships but I thought he and Toni were very sweet and I felt genuinely devastated for him when she died

I think Dylan and Kelly were too much alike to be honest. They both had a very self destructive side to them but it was different with Brandon and Kelly because he really brought out the best in her and made her a better person.

I never thought I would like another Dylan ship after D/B but Dylan/Toni were just so sweet.

The two ships in a nutshell. Don't know why they went for the destructive ship. Jennie said it herself...she should've chose Brandon and if Jennie could've chosen, she would've.

I shipped Kelly with nobody by the end of the show. She was right to choose herself that first time. Nobody could ever love her as much as she loved herself back then.
