They really were. Too bad Robin wasn't ready back then. But hey, I most certianly won't die of sadness if she ends up with who I think she's going to. But I know if she and Ted were still an endgame possibility I'd want her with him, though. :/

Yeah totally I love both relationships and I love how they show the Ted/Robin relationship, they don't have to be endgame to be important

When I started watching the show - about a month ago - I instantly fell in love with Robin and Ted. I wanted them to be endgame so badly! And then Ted told us that Robin is just the Aunt of his kids and not the Mother! I tried to deny this and still believe she was the Mother. Eventually I gave up and then a great thing happened! I loved Ted and Robin again... as friends this time!!
They have a very sweet supportive friendship and I always enjoy their scenes together!
