What Was The Last Book You Read? #12
There were 344 posts in the last thread.
Last book was American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I liked it, but not as much as Stardust. I was a bit disappointed with the ending, really, a bit anticlimatic. But Neil Gaiman has his idiosyncratic way of writing and to say the least, his stories are always very interesting and quite addictive, even if you have to be in the mood for them sometimes. __________________

Finished The Scarlet Letter today, pretty much what I expected, predictable, but not bad. Great imagery.
I felt like I should post this somwhere, cause I just found it so odd. There isn't really a general thread on the board, so I'll just post it here. In Time in the statistics column, it said 25% of US adults hadn't read one book in the last year. Is it just me, or is that crazy? __________________
