Oh for sure. The kids would try to get as much out of it as they can. I can see Jackie and Hyde being a little devious in that regard.

Hyde would do it for the entertainment factor, and Jackie would do it because she wants her nieces and nephews getting all the gifts they can.

But, eventually, the kids might tell Eric, Donna, Kitty, Red, and Bob that they were encouraged by Jackie and Hyde to take advantage of the situation, and then Jackie and Hyde would get in trouble.

Maybe the grandkids would milk the situation as many years as they can, taking Hyde and Jackie's advice, and then Kitty, Red, and Bob finally realize what's been happening and put an end to it ... but Kitty and Bob still ask for confirmation that s/he's the favorite grandparent.

Oh of course. Kitty would always need confirmation she is the favorite. If not, she will go over the top to try to make herself the favorite!

But, in the long run, she'd be so happy to have grandkids. She'd be such a great grandparent.
