I would suggest Desert Dancer, because it's such a different character for her and she did such a good job (her arc in the movie did involve drugs, just in case that's something that would bother you), and Trishna is one of her most acclaimed works (that involves a certain type of abuse, which if you're worried about that I'd read the synopsis first) and she was great in it. I haven't seen Guerrilla, the mini-series she was in, yet, but she was getting a lot of good reviews from it, so I'd also recommend that if you're interested!
