I have to get a crown and some fillings and most likely they'll want to do an x-ray again because I haven't seen a dentist since I moved to East Bay a year ago. Hopefully it's not too expensive and the dentist knows how to minimize pain!

Yeah, the room is almost all set up so that's good.

Orientation starts tomorrow so there's that. I'm also being a bad daughter and currently ditching the family after dinner because I was going to get seriously bored by the conversation.

So orientation has been interesting...we had a slight mix-up today with a speaker which made for a nice random discussion.

Oh and the air wouldn't turn on properly, so in a room with 100+ people, it was over 80F (so 26C).

Yech! No air conditioning with that many people, half who were probably getting sweaty is not good, not to mention if you felt hot too!

Hope everyone's deodorant was working and you weren't surrounded by hippies not wearing any.

It's really bad when you're on a crowded train in Summer with no air con and it seems like some people have never heard of deodarant!

Moving on, I'm seeing Boyce Avenue tomorrow night! So excited!

It may also mean I may not end up posting here tomorrow. It'll depend what time I get home from the concert, which I'm going to straight after work.

Yeah, the lack of air con was bad on Tuesday. Then Wednesday there was this horrible accident and I was an hour late to the start of the day.

Today was that day when I woke up at 4 AM to drive Dad to the airport before having class for four hours. I then put a hole in one of my tires and spent 90 minutes getting new ones. Oh and I went too long without eating. I'm having a banner week, I swear.

Ugh 4am! Apparently I will be up til 4am tomorrow if not later as it's my friend's hen's night and my other friend is the maid of honor and has a jammed pack itinerary. I'm not sure if I'll even be able to stay awake that long!

Friday got worse--I came home to sleep after the week and ended up with a migraine.

Oh and today it's at lest 104 F (40 C or so right now) in my hometown.

Today I'm recovering from a hen's night. It was a lot of fun though and we didn't stay out as late as I thought we would. It was funny seeing guys come and swarm the bride to be.

It's been a long week and long weekend as I ended up working until 7:30am on Saturday and I've got another conference call now and tomorrow, but I took Tuesday off at least. Need time to tidy before my Mom comes on Wednesday!
