I haven't watched for a number of seasons but why must they always cause friction/problems between them? Glad you had some great moments between them, pity the end wasn't so much that though

Because they live to make us suffer? Because they can't think of anything else? Because necessary drama is a (unnecessary) staple of today's tv? I don't know

Probably all of the above
 . Completely unnecessary though. Sure they're siblings so there will be sibling rivalry at times maybe, then they're always together so chances are they'll drive each other crazy, & then the forces of evil & nature of their work is likely to get between them. But not ALL the time  . Anyway I'm sure a lot of viewers watch to see them being brothers & working together, not see them apart or having problems__________________
