It wouldn't have taken any screentime for TPTB to drop one breadcrumb that Topanga and Angela had kept in touch or that they still talked from time to time.

^ Yeah, it kind of did.

It would have taken a maximum of five seconds for TPTB to drop one mention that Topanga and Angela were going to get together for lunch (or something).

^ I'm choosing to believe that TPTB would have mentioned the status of Topanga and Angela's bond if they could have done it without shifting the focus of the episode too much. Maybe they had a plan for another episode, and they ran out of time before they could execute it.

That's a good idea, even if it's not true that's what I'm going to believe now, so then at least I can believe that Topanga & Angela were going to renew their friendship at some point

^ They had such a solid friendship. If TPTB had had one more opportunity to show Topanga and Angela in the same space, then we would have seen the bond that we saw on BMW.

^ Me too. My favorite bonds on the shows I'm watching are the friendships, and considering how close Topanga and Angela were on Boy Meets World, a big part of me was expecting another glimpse of their friendship on Girl Meets World.

Me too, I thought that if Angela was coming back for an episode, that she'd get a moment with all the BMW characters there, such a shame for her character & for us

I really wish we had gotten the chance to see the core foursome together for one moment at the end of the episode.

I'm especially sad that there wasn't a Topanga/Angela moment. I wanted to see the old friends together again.

^ They did deserve it. Angela was the first significant female friendship that Topanga had. That was important. They should have at the very least gotten a mention in Angela's Girl Meets World episode.
