^ I wonder why there weren't more scenes with them talking about sex. It would have been great to show that girls think about sex just like guys do, to get their side of the 'to do it or not to do it' question. =)

I do wonder if the show was just meant to be aimed at young men more than young women, but I feel like it still should have been talked about with the girls more...

^ If that was the case, then it's kind of disappointing, because I'm pretty sure a lot more girls watched the show than boys. TPTB should have thought about that, and they should have given us moments that showed us two strong female characters discussing something that every teen girl has to deal with.

I mean, Topanga & Angela never really got the material that Cory & Shawn did

^ I agree. I didn't notice it back then, but now that I'm older, I do and it makes me sad. It would have been great to see Topanga and Angela talking about things that every girl deals with during their teenage years. I'm sure it would have helped a lot of those girls feel like they weren't alone.

Exactly. Just because they weren't the main BFF bond on the show, it didn't mean that they shouldn't have gotten significant one-on-one scenes. I'm sure a lot of girls would have enjoyed seeing their bond on display more.

It is a nice pic of that hug, Topanga was so sad to be losing her best friend, but she wanted to support her too
