They could save the outcome for the finale and leave it as a huge cliffhanger. I could see them coming to a crossroad and just as one or the other decides to speak, the season will end.

The more I think about it, the less I hope that they will resolve Jay/Erin issues in the finale. It would be either cliffhanger or they will resolve it not in a way we want. Meaning they will break up for sure and not be in a limbo. And after that it will be like a season to take them to get together or something like that.

I hope I am wrong, but this is what I think will happen

that Burzek are no longer together but at least they are now friendly toward each other. If Linstead break up now, I would be very unhappy with the writers.
