I like the ruffles (?)... it makes it look a little more different then just a plain black dress... I think the combination of the shoes and hair make it a HIT for me as well! She really works it here!

Okay, so like... major hit for me. Usually I end up hating most of the patterned stuff Kelly wears, but this one actually really works. KC looked so great in 2012 overall, and def had that "I have a new boyfriend" glow, lol. I really like the colors in the dress, and the cut of it worked really well for her. Now granted, that is photoshopped clearly, but she still looks great. Wish we could see the shoes, though!

The only thing I am wondering if it should have less cleavage or something if the dress should be a bit higher.. I feel like her boobs will just pop out in a minute!

Yes, that's the thing. She was obviously asked to do the sexy look for that magazine, so she wore a dress which did exactly that without being trashy. The hour glass figure hugging dress, the length just above the knee to tease the eyes, and the lower cut dress to really create a strong image without it being too extreme haha. Those three things make a strong statement in this day and age, and that is what magazines want....it's sex appeal without being too over the top, because it sells!

That's a good point, Future Husband of Kelly. Kelly hasn't done many overly "sexy" photoshoots, but when she has, they haven't been over the top. I like that she looks sexy without being trashy.

for me the dress doesn't fit properly, its like she's being pushed out the top to make for a bigger cleavage to make it more sexy
