Yeah I think you can open videos in the full version of photoshop? No idea though as the only time I've used full photoshop was back in school so never had a need for trying to make gifs
 . I've got to settle for taking screenshots to try make them from scratch with my programI think if I paid extra for Photoshop Premiere Elements I'd be able to open videos in it too but not sure. Photoshop Elements does what I need it to so never looked much further than that & not going to pay a monthly fee to have full photoshop   __________________

I just looked them up & at least now the two programs are the same price. Its just more to get both as a package... but still not paying $145.19 for it just for one feature
. Even the almost $120 upgrade fee to get my version of Elements upgraded to the newest one is a bit much for me Love those  What is she doing? Very silly (nice tag too)__________________

haha perhaps she should try that on those guards at Buckingham Palace, do a UK version of her show.. I'll be interested to see what she'll try to distract those
