Since it involved Reba Chelle asked me if I knew but unfortunately I do not. It is possible that it is a performance honouring Reba, or at least that Kelly will do something to honour her at some point during the awards;

^Yes. She is in Vietnamn as we speak now. She will sing three-four songs on Miss Vietnamn this weekend.
