more backstory on how 'I Do Not Hook Up' became Kelly's song!

And Kelly Clarkson heard it. I guess she liked it, and she recorded it.”

I find it a shame that Katy had these songs & they just got passed off to other artists as they didn't fit the final cut for her album. Makes it seem like her music was owned by the management not her which is a shame but common unfortunately. But maybe Katy was happy to let her music go
