Ultrasound turned out to go well, whew! I do need to try a different pill and then if that doesn’t work, more intrusive ways of solving the issues!
 it’s below freezing temps this week! This morning I sort of threw out my lower back and it hurts now  Last time I had this back pain was about a year and a half ago. I’m walking like an elderly person today. |

 for getting your results so quickly. Hopefully the different medication works for you and you won't have to go through any intrusive procedures. Kristen - I'm glad you're safe from the fires. I forgot to buy orange juice yesterday. Guess I should go buy some today. __________________

One year when we were out in British Columbia on vacation we seen a forest firs up close. It was pretty scary to watch it spread, even if it was across the lake from us.

hows it going!
 I had a snow day from work yesterday. it was relaxing, it’s so cold here but it should be warming up next week thankfully?I was busy today at work so I’m totally flaming out tonight.  |

Ugh, I didn’t go to work cause I was too paranoid about driving there in the snowy roads!
 Today I went to my brothers birthday dinner, fish and chips! Then I watched Bones with the parents, me pointing out how Bones is Aspergers like I am.  Looking forward to this weekend cause the rain will wash away the snow and it will be back to our typical safe weather! |
