I’m going to work tomorrow for the first time since March 13! Just long enough to do some on site work and then go back home, will be by myself and will bring my chloroform wipes! Just nice to have a break from inside my four home walls!

Hope you enjoyed you time at school.

It was good to go to Physical therapy at 5 pm(1700). The hot packs on my neck and upper neck followed with warming ultra sound, warming lotion and 20 minute massage on both sides of my neck was wonderful and awesome!!!. My therapist wears gloves and a mask. And we are to go and wash our hands immediately as soon as we walk in the door. There in no one in the waiting area.

I now know three people who have had the dreaded corona virus 19. two have recovered and one has it currently and has pneumonia, too.

Yes, I am grateful I am able to still get to physical Therapy.

One of our friends(next door neighbor) who had the Corona 19 virus had it when skiing in Austria. He has fully recovered from it. Only thin he can figure out is he got it on the flight or one of the airports. His wife is now in quarantine.

It's hard trying to stay inside and away from people. We, thankfully, have 10 acres here. So yesterday we did some yard work, picking up sticks so that we can mow later. We also chopped up a tree that had fallen, and used that wood to build a fire over an old tree stump. I even scrounged up supplies to make a s'more.

Our birthday wasn't a typical one due to this cornovirus, but we still spent the day together. We didn't really have presents for each other, just one item we'd each purchased before this whole social distancing began. But we did bake a cake and spend time together
