I like when it snows and then it's sunny cause it reflects the white snow and the daylight coming in the house seems extra cool, bright and crisp.

I'm in a sad stupid mood at the moment which makes no sense cause I'm excited about my trip and that it's the Christmas season, I sound happier in my posts than I'm feeling at the moment but I am happy to be posting and you guys are around? So I feel :blah: too!

I'm okay mood-wise. My foot is very sore and I can only hobble slowly at the moment. I stepped on a bramble a week ago and it seems to be infected. :( I've put something on it, but I think I'll soak the foot in a minute to help it heal.

I've had a good day despite the awful travel conditions earlier. I'm glad we've got everything sorted, and I just need to finish wrapping.

I can't sleep really. It hurts to lay down. Every muscle in my leg hurts, and I still can't lift my left leg. I have to use my hand to lift it. :cry: My desk chair didn't help either.

Yes! That's exactly it. It feels clean and bright. Double the sunshine with the reflection.

I feel the same way, Leanne. :hug: I have moments of brightness when we're all here posting.

Oh no, Claire, ouch. Do you have an antibiotic ointment to bandage your foot with? Speaking of, how is your shoulder? My incision scar has a bit of a lump to it so it's not totally flat... wonder if it's a small keloid scar or something under the skin! :confused:

You must feel accomplished and good tho after your day of finishing shopping now. It's always a relief feeling to know you don't have to go into the store chaos if you don't want to.

Yeah Leanne, my scar is slightly raised and occasionally hurts sometimes, too.

I put an antibiotic on my foot this morning, but I was getting slower and slower as I walked around today. Got a foot bath for it right now.

Yeah, mine still sometimes hurts when I stretch my shoulder. Actually I just said it feels raised, then I went to touch it and couldn't find it :lol: so I guess right now, it wants to be flat and discredit what I said!

Kim, I'm worried about how long you've gone without anything being done for your leg. It's not swollen or red? I'm worrying about thrombosis and blood clots happening. :confused:

Well, the Dr. Has to do something.... give you better pain meds, refer you to a specialist or something! It just can't continue like this for you!

I feel like pounding my fist on a table while saying that :lol: the Dr. cant know your back issue, and see how you are now and just let you go without some course of action! :rant:

Ok, it's noon and I should probably shower, eat, and get some daylight exposure cause I'm sure staying in bed isn't helping a sad mood. Plus I need to hang with my kitty. So I'll go do my "get dressed and feel like a person" thing going for a bit. :gone:

Getting out is a good idea, Leanne. :nod: I have to say it didn't feel like being out here today what with the rain/snow/sleet/ and fog! :lol: I've seen it all today!

I agree, Leanne. The doctor has to do something. This can't be the first case of this he's seen. I had a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder earlier this year, it's really painful. :(
