Maybe another possible clue to Gladys as the GK? And with Nana Rose Blossom saying she rescued lots of kids from the SOQM I could see one of those kids being Gladys.

Yep, and after reading about the theory of Edgar being an illusion to the members of the farm like how the GK at the SOQM was an illusion to the patients. I'm now thinking Evelyn could be doing the drugging, also she could be doing it under Gladys orders, and Evelyn might be an orphan who Gladys took in.
