Lorelai goes to the diner after the wedding

And I don't think Luke's going to plan to move to NM. His life is in Stars Hollow...yes, he's lonely...yes, he's without April, but moving him to NM isn't going to do that much for him. He'll see April more often, but aside from that, he'll be away from his family...both his biological family, and his 'adopted' family (the Stars Hollow kooks)...without his Diner (which he still lives in...). I just have a feeling that's not what he's planning on doing. But I could be wrong I don't want to be wrong. It's possible they are hinting at something for Tuesday's episode (some life changes...)

Anyway, L/L diner scene should happen before 7.18. Not because I have sources or anything, I just really feel like it's the write thing to do storywise. Hopefully DR is listening. Then again, he hasn't listened to me wail about the non-C/L marriage so I have a feeling I'm not his favourite fan. Maybe someone else can whine to him.

now i know i´m new here but nevertheless there might be a nice little twist to 7.18 that can lead to the big LL-conversation.
Why not have April (a pretty bright kid who can see that Luke is sad) contact Rory and have them both hack out a cometogether of the parents, preferrably in the Hay Bay Maze ? The two of them being stuck inside the maze and having to work together to get out ??

IMO it's the baby shows or birth, it's the only things that make sense, but since when have things made sense on this show

Nice idea but IMO not likely with Logan in SH for the first time.

See that's what the Lane SL is all about, she only got pregnant to get L&L back together

Anyone else think it sucks that not once did we get to see Rory talk to Lane about her parents getting married, she barely talked to Logan or Paris about it, and when was the last time she saw Sookie?

DSR left this show with a bunch of holes in the SL!

Well, maybe April will somehow play a role - I'm still thinkin' back on the headline last year at the end of AVV in the paper - the one about a young person (or something) leading the way - sorry - can't recall...but at the time a lot of us thought April would be that person....so maybe she does somehow get them into the maze - is she supposed to be in the episode? I thought I read that she was.

See the thing that annoyed me about last week was the promo, it looked like the town would have their say on the break up but we got none of that, all we got was Lorelai telling a few people, the town knew. And we didn't see Luke finding out and the town and Lorelai crossing paths with about it.

I wonder if the rating next week will be worse?

I would love to have LL somehow stuck in the maze together, but I don't want that to be where their serious talk takes place. Maybe it could lead the way for Lorelai to go talk to him later. I think that April being in town is a perfect way to make sure that Luke ends up going to the maze, but whether he runs into Lorelai and/or Lorelai, Rory and Logan is what I'm wondering.

So I was hanging out with my sister and a friend of hers today. I don't know how the topic of television came up, but it did. Anyway, the friend of my sister's said that she watches Gilmore Girls. And I said "Oh yeah? Me too. It's one of my favorites." Her response was "It got SO stupid! I mean so stupid! But now it seems to finally be getting back on track."

Says a lot I think. She is just an everyday viewer, but to me it was obvious she thought the Christopher stuff was stupid and now that it's over, the show is getting back to normal.

She also said that she's seen LG on talk shows and that LG is "stupid." I told her that LG wasn't really stupid, it was just an act she seems to put on on talk shows. After me and my friend got in the car to leave she turned to me and said "So it irked you that she said LG was stupid huh?" And I said "Yeah.." and she goes "I could tell." lol. Oh well.

Yea, after talking with some normal viewers this week it was clear that there's been a shift in ppls attitude about GG lately.....For the first time this year my friend volunteered to watch the new episode with me since I had it Tivo'd. we used to have gilmore tuesdays & she just lost interest w/ the CL storyline (she's not a die-hard JJ either)....I just wonder what ratings will be like next week, but from what i've heard, people are more excited lately.

i had fish friday (whoot whoot lent!) & people were getting my Gilmore comments. :: it's so nice to have people watching again.....hope it'll last
