Looks like those rumors about three months of reshoots were wrong. It's just gonna be a couple of weeks.

If it were just the delay I might agree, but I don't think the reshoots had anything to do with the merger. It was possibly scheduling as well.

Really? Why would the merger influence reshoots? I heard they weren't satisfied with how the early cuts were going and the reshoots were to improve scenes while working around Sophie's Game of Thrones schedule.

It's confusing.

There might be some attempt to change the tone of the films to fit Disney's tastes more.

You think so? I only ask because they didn't do that with Deadpool 2.
