Spent the day watching 'Science of Stupid' on NatGeo, it's basically Funnest Home Video meets Mythbusters. They use home videos of people doing stupid things and explain what went wrong. Great if you like YouTube clips of (mostly) Americans doing stupid things.

That sounds interesting, some people do some really dumb things

I've just been looking at stuff i want to buy and by stuff i mean swords I guess i should clarify that by saying movie prop replicates If only i had way more money i'd have more than one sword.

I also think Mittens the cat from across the road has decided to live with me instead.

Did some yard work this week, cut the grass the other day when it was cool.
Yesterday finally got off my butt and laid down some paver's around dad's parking spot.

Also found some time to watch all 13 eps of Selfie staring Karen Gillan and John Cho, nice show, shame it was canceled.

How is it you make a doctors appointment 9:10am, just 40 min after they open and somehow you still have to wait 30 min longer for your appointment?

I don't think i've ever gotten into the doctors on time.

I haven't done much here, it been way too humid, i'm melting.

I had my pc looked at again, there were some errors on the hard drive and the guy said my hard drive might be on its way out Looks like i'll have to start saving for a new tower. I'm trying to save for a holiday, so after that, then i'll start saving for the pc.

I can understand them running later as the day goes on but really so late so early is unexceptionable short of en emergency or the doctor not turning up on time.

I'll be going back this morning (same time) for the results so left see if I get in closer to my time.

Also yesterday went to the place that checked my wheels for Cricks, told them about the noise under heavy braking and they jumped in the car for a quick test drive and they agree it's not the tires but most likely the brakes... I'll be checking in with the dealer again today and taking him on a drive to see how the brakes sound. Most likely cause is the pads moving or a warped disc rotor.

Yes it sounds like it might be something to do with the brakes, my old car used to make a lot of interesting noises, but a newish one shouldn't. And yeah the dealer should fix it as its under waranty.

Went and saw the Hobbit again today

Yeah not too bad today, doing some more work outside this morning... when I get off my butt.

As for the car, the noise under braking could just be the ABS kicking in, that's what the dealer said after a test drive but another place I checked with said it could be the brake pads. I'm getting a 28 point check at Pedders next week and see what they say.

Yes a 5yo car should not be having these kinds of issues, I'll probably do something with the wheels if I can find some original VRX wheels at a good price.

Thats a good idea getting it checked out at Pedders, neutral third party.

I've had that same problem lately, no motivation to get off my butt. I spent most of the weekend watching dvds.
