As far as I know any post can be edited while a thread is open, the actual title that appears at the top of the window can only be changed for 2 weeks.

I had a lawn mowing elf come visit today....my older sister made my nephew help me do the lawns. He didn't have my choice, she wanted him to get out of the house and she had a bit of go at me cause i hadn't done the lawn yet. It was also the first time in about a year that she had even been over the other day when she saw it was long.
