Yeah. Have to admit little kids are cute in outfits. My great niece will be 2 in November, and she has a pumpkin outfit. She's the cutest. Not that I'm bragging or anything.

They are really cute, but I don't feel that I need to give a bunch of candy to them. One set of parents scoffed at me when I put only one piece into their bag.

I don't blame you. Little kids like that don't need much candy.

I know I would be royally pi**ed if a parent did that to me. I'd be tempted to be like "Would you prefer nothing?!?!." Lol.

Infants aren't able to eat candy, so any candy I give out will got to the parents. The parents don't need the candy. If they want it that badly, they can buy their own. When I complain, I'm talking about babies who aren't even a year old. Those babies are still eating mushed baby food. How are they supposed to eat candy?

I was annoyed. I almost slammed the door in their faces.

Melis- I use to do bowls but the kiddies we had around the neighborhood were pretty greedy, so we just did bags so every kid had equal amount of candy.

That makes sense

Sometimes we have made bags, but they were just for the grandkids.

I don't let anyone stick their hands in the bowl. I do that. Then I can give out as much as I want.

She sure did. I wish there were shows that still did that today.

In the 80's to early 90's it was Roseanne with halloween. In the 90's to mid 00's it was friends with Thanksgiving. I can't think of a show right now that does holidays like those two shows did.

There really isn't. I mean, a show might have a Halloween episode, but it's not always a big, yearly event like with Roseanne. Home Improvement always had big, yearly Halloween episodes in the 90s too.

Those were the days Julie. I remember our tape we had that had all old halloween specials like Roseanne, Home improvement, Family Matters, etc.
