I like carving the pumpkin too, although mine turn out a little....off. Lol. But I guess that's a good thing!.

We're lucky if we get near 10 trick or treaters!.

Yeah, I can't say that i'm good at it.

I think we had ten trick or treaters, but they came in groups of 2. lol

I had my plastic pumpkin at school, and boy did the kids shape up. lol

I think two years ago, ive seen a total of sixteen trick or treaters over at my parents.

I never know how much candy to buy. One year, I almost ran out of candy. Last year, I was stuck with so much leftover candy.

I usually just take leftovers to my students.

We usually get two bags, but one is more than enough. The other bag goes to my dad. Lol.

Some of the bags are so small that you almost have to buy two bags. The prices are crazy.

We usually buy two big bags of candy and put them in the little bags. Sometimes we get lots of leftovers but mostly we will have like two little bags left.

That's true. They aren't overly big.

We have a local grocery store down the road who have good candy sales.

How much candy do you usually give to each child? I usually give out three pieces to each child. I don't want to run out, but I don't want to be stingy either.

I only give out one piece when parents show up with their infants. Sorry, but the baby can't eat the candy. I refuse to buy candy for parents. They can buy their own candy.

It varies. It depends on what candy I have and how much of it I have. Sometimes it's one piece, especially if it's the big ones, and sometimes it's a couple.

Totally agree with the parents thing. When I take my niece out, I end up getting some candy myself. Never ask for it. Lol.

Candy is expensive, so I don't like to give out too much. Some people are so annoying, though. They act like I should be giving them a ton of candy.

I don't see the point of taking an infant out for trick-or-treating. I know parents want to show off their baby, but I shouldn't have to give them candy.

They shouldn't be taking a child so young and little out in the first place, you know?. They don't really know.

I usually buy my candy in bulks at Walmart or Costco here where I live and just put about 5 pieces in each bag.

I don't bother with bags. I just have a big bowl. Then I had out a few pieces to each kid.
