They started off S7 fighting but in the end, they both stayed together.

Yeah, I hate it when these two argue cause for sure they will end up fighting even more or even break-up but I did like how they both matured by S6.

These two are probably the latest OTP I fell in love with. At first I hated the way Amy treated Rory but by "Amy's Choice", they were both okay.

yeah they are my fave OTP too. It took awhile for me to warm up to Rory. He seemed to take all Amy's abuse so I didn't have a lot of respect for him at first. But he really grew on me

Yeah, in the beginning it feels like he was letting Amy walk all over him. By the time S7 rolled around, he said some hurtful things about him loving Amy more than she does. There is some truth to that because Amy has not been as expressive of her feelings as Rory was but this was already S7 and they are already married. Rory's insecurities come into play too. He knows Amy fancied the Doctor early on and I think he was really hurt by that but didn't tell Amy.

And that too. They were both young to get married, imo. And they both had middle income jobs too. I think being companion to the Doctor helped them with their relationship. The Doctor doesn't like it when they argue/fight. I remember in S7, the first ep, the Doctor had a hand in their reconciliation.

But if Amy had never met the Doctor she may have never really learned how awesome Rory was. I think it was their adventures on the Tardis that made Amy really look at Rory, realize who he truly was and how much he loved her, and that she also loved him as well.

The Doctor also invited Rory to come with them. He probably felt bad that Amy kissed him and he wanted to save their relationship so he brought Rory along. __________________
