I'm pretty convinced the priestess girl from Matt's last episode was River uploaded into a new body. The biggest give away was him telling her she's always had to fight the psycho within~ But I'd rather have Alex back. Poor Matt.

Well, he said he was possessive of Alex, so River in a new body fixes that.
