I don't think DH would be a problem last season but this season? It's their last so more people might tune in

I hope that won't affect TGW because hopefully they don't share the same audience

Well they are on cable so not tooo much of a threat. As for Football, we do no really share the same audience! DH too me is still the biggest thread but it is dying dow.

I liked the original but I haven't watched it in a while. And I wouldn't watch that prequel anyway... I watched the first movie and I'm still waiting to get those 2 hours back

I really like SATC, and I enjoyed the movie believe it or not but this does not sound too inviting

oh wow. That's um... so wrong on so many levels

So they basically turn SATC into Gossip Girl and they think it's going to change the fact the last one was a bomb?

IKR! I loved SATC, seen the whole series multiple times. But that cast is ALL wrong

And it was the show that prided itself on introducing the whole "female leads over 40" thing... and they're replacing them with teens because the last movie was over-produced and over-hyped?

Latest news (from SJP, co-producer) is that she'd like to have a new TV show before having a third movie. No cast announced. In any case none of the previous cast/crew would be involved in the prequel, not even Michael Patrick King.
There was also a rumor of some web-episodes with the original cast instead of a new movie, the only reasonable thing I heard in the last two years.
