They had two scenes: One where Alicia yells at Peter (shocker) for firing Eli, and Peter is all you didn't want to be part of the campaign you can't pretend now you have a voice Which I don't get why he wants to piss her off before he even announces and the other scene was a interview where they pretended to be married. And Alicia is throwing shots about Peter being "loyal" and doesn't back stab his friends and family, of course this is about Eli

And don't get me wrong, I love him as a character too. I just wish the politics wer either more interesting or less prominent.

I'd imagine that's pretty much what King Robert would say if we asked him

Ohhhhh that's different A new love interest means Eli gets TWO plots, a political and a personal one. I am ok with a political one that ties back to Alicia, a personal one just means less time for Diane and Cary if that makes sense

I don't think they'll do more than produce the pilot before TGW is over and I'm sure the "script" is written already. Probably wrote it in his sleep seeing how stupid it sounds

I am not really sure to be honest. Probably cause they love Eli and JM and Alan are buddies. What this means for A/P is beyond me.

At some point I thought that since it as the last season, maybe they'd try to tie things up nicely but considering the show should have been called "Loose Ends" and that they won't even say it's the last season, all bets are off I guess.
