Read back in the thread and agree with you all about the Affair...not even Cole, don't like Noah, watching all the eps just to keep up with all the storylines. But holy crap Josh is amazing on this show.... literally his BEST acting ever.

I agree, he is the best thing about the show.

I'm not sure if I agree with this being his best acting because he's pretty incredible in most of his roles IMO. I'm kind of partial to Peter and think he was pretty incredible in Fringe, so I find that tough to beat.

One of the great things about Fringe is that it's not just about science and although it is classed as a sci-fi show there is a lot of heart in it too. You will love the relationships between all of the characters. I think you should give it go, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I'm not a sci-fi lover either, but I loved Fringe, not just because of Josh, but because of the great cast of characters and their interaction.

The Peter and Walter relationship is one of the best father-son dynamics from TV, imo.

And there is some humor too.

I totally agree and you are so right about the Peter/Walter relationship. So you get the bonus of Josh and the hunour and the relationships, it just so happens it is all tied up in a science based show.
