Quick review is that I watched and loved this episode and the main issue I am having is with the writing of Lena that makes zero sense.
How the heck did Supergirl/Kara betray her? 
She's literally acting like she and Kara has been BFF since season 1!! She came into the series in season 2 and they slowly gained a friendship and weren't BFF instantly, it happened over time so of course the second they become friends Kara ain't going to just spill out HER OWN SECRET!!! Kara has to protect herself.
I am sorry I just can't understand Lena, ESPECIALLY after Kara told Lena the truth! that should've let Lena change everything she thought she felt about Kara.
So Lena take several seats because I can't. lol
Lena is still intriguing to me but I just don't get it here.
The Nina/Brainy stuff was cute, I enjoyed it.
James quit! dang.
Alex stuff is always great.
