^ I completely agree with you on EVERYTHING! It's a soap opera so there will be many redemptions that people won't agree with...
With Franco, it's because of the Sam thing and Elizabeth is a rape victim.
Jennifer is a rape victim as well and she is the soulmate of Jack...
So I've watched Soaps so many times and the narrative will always change depending on your ship of course... I believe. lol
I will say though, I am getting a little tired of the whole "I was mentally ill excuse."  It's getting used way too much to excuse bad behavior which is why I loved Jack redemption of him feeling guilty for so many years and the writers not just putting it under the rug because of a mental illness issue... that's the easy way out to me.
