I think that Lauren's just a brat, frankly. I mean, I know she has layers. But at some point, the writers need to let her have a heart.

I agree with that. I mean, what happened to the coach who jepordized his own career to set up a meet with China, knowingly going against Ellen Beals wishes?
It sorta seemed like Marty and Sasha switched roles this last episode
Marty stood up to her, while Sasha backed down.
