Rian Johnson #1: The praise is already starting to come in plus he's been given his own trilogy to create

Really excited for his own trilogy! Although he has said that he's creating it all, and for sure directing the first one, but he's not sure if he'll direct all 3 movies. But it'll be his vision as far as the plot goes.

I wish he'd be back for episode 9!

He really is a talented writer/director/editor. :nod: Seriously, his movie 'Brick' is down as one of my all time favourites and I love the darker, more complex approach he took with The Last Jedi.

I know a lot of hard core fans are complaining, but that's just because this movie has a completely different feel to the others. But in my opinion, it's not just a great Star Wars film, but a fantastic film in general.

I wish we could have unappreciation threeads for real people on FF. :(
