Leia can help her, and it's looking likely that by the time we pick up with E9's narrative, that's what will have happened offscreen and Rey will really be in a position to take down Kylo and the First Order, possibly with the help of an apprentice or two depending on how much time passes between TLJ and E9.

Honestly, I expect her to be a different kind of Jedi.

IMO, the books could contain something important, maybe even pertaining to her and Kylo. It's implied in the movie that Luke didn't read them, and there's also the Visual dictionary paragraph for the Prime Jedi (the image in the temple floor on Ach-to) in a state of "meditation and balance" that looks very much like the yin yang.

Better to go back to the beginning, than the flawed system of Yoda/Obi-Wan's time.

I really hope that happens. This formula hasn't worked, ever, all we've seen is death and destruction because there's no real balance ever when you have two opposite sides fighting. Rey and Kylo are our hope for true balance and a new order that's not at war anymore. If Kylo gets his **** together, of course

Me too. Even though the books weren't destroyed, Yoda's speech and putting the tree on fire + Rey being a regular person and the end with the little boy were meant to mark a new start. Rey is the face of a new generation of Jedis.

I went to bed so late last night because I found a YT channel that has 21 videos dedicated to Daisy's funny moments.
