Haven’t watched 1x01 yet where I may give it another episode or 2 :shrug: if people come in and discuss than I’ll watch it to be able to keep up but as a first streaming on service I’ve started a rewatch of Rebels cause had been itching too for awhile but it had never been on Netflix Canada

Funny Story :lmao: woke up yesterday somewhere between 5-6am to one of my only real life friends having had messenged me on FB an hour earlier saying he thought the first episode was incredible :lmao: at that time the service just started and was very glitchy which is why didn’t watch the episode at first. So him being him on a bit of a geek/nerd more so comic related but also SW. he’s got some weight when it comes to opinion cause he can be hard on things, so excited but truthfully I think I have Star Wars geekiness over him even if he has it over me for comics :lmao:

Reception to the show does seem pretty positive so far.

I like Rogue One and I like this show is going for a similar tone, telling a more grounded, mature story about the aftermath of war and non-Force users trying to get by.

Yeah, it's a big, vibrant galaxy, not everything has to revolve around the Skywalkers, Jedi or Sith. There are other interesting stories that can be told in such a rich universe.
