Yea wished had been diagnosed earlier
 cause thought had something in my 20s but took a mental breakdown at previous job to get diagnosed__________________

My first big attack I was at work and one of the other managers actually had to sit with me in the office and tell me when to breath in and out. I didn't realize I wasn't breathing.
Every time it has happened it's been the same cycle where I know it's coming. I get really depressed for the few days before and I can't get out of my own head and then I finally crack. __________________

It really is something that can understand where when I have strong episodes my brain just thinks thinks and thinks  also have the depression sometimes too__________________
